These LIV golfers are competing in the 2024 Alfred Dunhill Links Championship
The 2024 LIV golf season is over, but that doesn’t mean all the golfers competing in the league are done for the year.
This week, one of the best DP World Tour events of the season gets underway in Scotland, the 2024 Alfred Dunhill Links Championship. The competition will take place on three of the world’s best courses – The Old Course at St Andrews, Carnoustie and Kingsbarns – and the courses will feature stars from around the world, including some of LIV Golf’s biggest names. In fact, more than 25% of the golfers in the LIV Golf League are playing in Scotland this week.
Yasser Al-Rumayyan, director of the Public Investment Fund, which funds LIV Golf, is also on the course. Indeed, Al Rumayyan will face PGA Tour Commissioner Jay Monahan in the first round on Thursday and Rory McIlroy on Saturday.
